BACHELOR OF LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SCIENCE
This four-year program provides students with opportunities for developing appropriate knowledge, skills, values and attitudes for effective library service. Competencies emphasized include the integration of information technology and management information system for better organization and use of library resources.
Program Outcomes

Develop prospective library and information managers who can efficiently and effectively manage information organizations in any environment, developing partnerships, collaborations, networks, and other structures with all stakeholders and within communities served;

Provide prospective information professionals with adequate technical expertise in the collection, organization, dissemination and preservation of information resources applying the latest trends in Information and Communications Technology (ICT);

Equip students with specialized knowledge and skills in the provision of quality library and information services that are responsive to the user needs; and

Form information professionals endowed with Christian values to meet the ever changing needs of the library clientele.
