TECHNOLOGY AND LIVELIHOOD EDUCATION MAJORS IN A FINE DINING ACTIVITY
Senior students under the Technology and Livelihood Education degree program held a fine dining activity recently.
The fine dining activity held at the College’s Special Education room was held as part of students’ performance task for their Food Service and Catering course
Ms. Kathleen N. Cruzada supervised the fine dining activity, which showcased the TLE majors’ culinary and banquet management skills. College of Education administrators and some special guests were in attendance.
