UST EDUCATION PARTNERS WITH METROBANK FOUNDATION-NOTED IN PRE-SERVICE TEACHERS' CONVENTION

The UST College of Education in partnership with the Metrobank Foundation – Network of Outstanding Teachers and Educators and the Elementary Education Society and Guild of Thomasian Speducators held a one-day Pre-Service Teachers’ Convention entitled “Teaching the Kids: Intersecting Life and the Arts in Instruction” last February 19 at the Benavides Auditorium.

Invited speakers were Mr. John Richell Rodriguez and Dr. Luis Gatmaitan, M.D. who shared their insights and rich experiences on “The Art of Storytelling” and “Bibliotherapy: The Healing Power of Children’s books,” respectively.
