DEAN DE GUZMAN AS KEYNOTE SPEAKER IN TEStCon

Dean Allan de Guzman was invited as keynote speaker during the 3rd International Teacher Education Student Conference sponsored by the Cebu Normal University College of Teacher Education in cooperation with the Commission on Higher Education last February 20 at Marco Polo Plaza Hotel in Cebu City.

Meanwhile, Lisa Hartenberger Toby, Deputy Chief of Part for Basa Pilipinas, USAID Philippines’ flagship in basic educational project in support of the national early reading program, presented the preliminary results of a pilot online teaching training course on teaching reading in the early grades during the plenary session.

More than 700 preservice and in-service teachers attended the conference.
