BALTAZAR ATTENDS PBED WORKSHOP

A College faculty member joined a recent planning workshop of the Philippine Business for Education (PBED), an advocacy network of companies working on education reform.
Asst. Prof. Leonila Wilhelmina N. Baltazar participated in PBED’s three-day workshop (Dec. 8-10) in Iloilo City together with all PBED mentors in the country. The workshop intended to discuss important concerns and issues relative to Project STEP UP (Scholarship for Teacher Education Programs to Upgrade Teacher Quality in the Philippines).
Baltazar serves as mentor of PBED scholars enrolled in the Teacher Certificate Program of the College of Education.
