FOOD TECH RESEARCH PAPER IN SCOPUS INDEXED JOURNAL

Through its Project CORD (Creating Opportunities for Research Dissemination), the College of Education Food Technology Department published an article in the July-August 2015 issue of Kasetsart Journal (Natural Science), a SCOPUS-indexed journal.

The article entitled “Dehydration of Pomelo (Citrus grandis) Albedo and Its Utilization as a Source of Dietary Fiber in Philippine Pork Sausage” was jointly authored by a select group of Food Technology students (Batch 2014) and Asst. Prof. Monalisa B. Narvaez.
