NUTRITION AND DIETETICS STUDENTS DOMINATE AJINOMOTO CULINARY CHALLENGE

Junior Nutrition and Dietetics students asserted once again their supremacy in skills competition as they bagged major awards in the 2016 Ajinomoto Umami Culinary Challenge (UCC) held last January 30 at the Philippine Trade and Training Center in Pasay City.

From a pool of 55 competing schools, the UST ND culinary team was declared winner in the Animomazing Showdown with Danca Francisco and Jean Heart Cadiente; My Umami Coach and I with Stephen Carlo Fabillar and Ms. Kathleen Cruzada while Angela Ramos landed 3rd in the Umami Master Category.

The Ajinomoto UCC is an inter-school culinary competition where foodies and culinary enthusiasts meet with a common dedication to unite taste and health in food preparations.
